Rodilla is a cozy place known for its polite and helpful staff, who strive to provide a pleasant experience for all dietary needs. Although there seem to be areas for improvement in cleanliness and service, it is a popular choice for those looking for a quick and convenient meal.

I have coeliac disease, i specified a gluten free meal, i was given what was said to be a gluten free toastie. I experienced a severe gluten reaction as a result of this sandwich and threw up over 40 times. This establishment should be ashamed and embarrassed and i expect a formal apology or i will take legal action.

The red-haired girl who attended us was very pleasant and patient, I went with my family and my son has quite a few intolerances. She advised us wonderfully; the treatment was splendid and with a smile. We felt very comfortable, we'll definitely come back!

I had breakfast there and they had oat milk. I was able to order a Colacao with oat milk (and avoid lactose intolerance). It was very comfortable in the room.

Franchise cafeteria very mediocre, does not offer anything remarkable. We went there because I needed a gluten-free sandwich option: the ham and cheese one is okay. For the rest, nothing to highlight, neither in terms of quality nor in terms of offer.

I rarely eat in these establishments now, but I used to go there frequently for work, and I always ordered a hot barbecue chicken sandwich, which was a delight. Now I find out that it has been removed from the menu and no longer exists; everything is filled with dairy, gluten is abundant too, but they have gluten-free options (though scarce, which is a positive point). The worst part is: you can hardly order anything that doesn’t contain cheese; at least this hot barbecue chicken didn’t have cheese, but if you want something without cheese, there are almost no alternatives in hot sandwiches. I don't know who the genius was that thought of removing this hot barbecue sandwich from the menu and replacing it with "more of the same," all similar and equal with no option to remove cheese. So, I waited in line for 10 minutes, saw the situation, and had to leave. It's a shame, and I hope someone with managerial capacity, empathy, and power reads this and brings back the hot barbecue sandwich to Rodilla's menu, which is otherwise a great place and one of the best in fast food, but the inability to order without cheese on what has cheese takes away points.
