I can't express how frustrating it is for someone with celiac disease to go out to eat, especially when there are only 3 limited options here, and they get it wrong. I've been multiple times; once, they served me frozen toast and I had to ask them to put it back in the oven. Another time, it happened with a sandwich, and once it was half frozen. Most of the time, I have to ask them to heat it again in the oven where they make the gluten-free items. I find it embarrassing considering you have to pay almost 6 EUROS for a sandwich; the least they can do is heat it properly. And if they don’t, they should at least take it well and do their job because when you ask them to heat it again (since they can't handle it, they're just reheating it; they won't give you anything new), they look at you with a bad attitude. I've been to other places and this hasn't happened to me.

It's a shame that the gluten-free sandwich they have is like eating a piece of shoe. I can't understand how something so simple to make can taste so bad. With how easy it is to make a toasted sandwich with gluten-free bread. Speechless.
