The ladies were really nice trying their best speaking in English.. I just wish there's more gluten free options.

Very poor service. I was looking for a gluten-free sandwich for my 5-year-old daughter, and it turns out that since there are 20 minutes left until closing, they have the machine off and cannot heat it up. In response to my complaint, they talk to me about their hours, whether I will pay them if they stay late, and that I don't empathize with their working conditions. Total lack of professionalism. So much gluten-free advertising... I ask for ice cream and they don't have it... I say that then the sign is just words.... not even able to offer something else.... ZERO empathy
