We are going to order dinner, we inform the employee of an intolerance; instead of providing a solution, they say, "You can't make this known to you" when they are supposed to have allergen warnings visible, which we didn’t see. They reluctantly tell us that the bread contains milk, but without offering another option, even though it was clear there were options without milk. I understand this may not be a usual situation, but at least they could work with some professionalism.

Everyone knows this chain. But I want to emphasize that they have gluten-free sandwiches, warm and very tasty.
