It's been a while since I went down Princesa Street, today I specifically went to have breakfast at Rodilla and what a letdown !!!! The change of location has been a mistake in my opinion. You have moved from a beautiful, large, and comfortable place to a small, narrow one, with an upstairs that has 5 tables next to the bathroom whose door is constantly opening and closing. Additionally, the gluten-free chicken sandwich was a horror compared to the traditional Rodilla ones. There are better gluten-free breads than the one I was served today: hard, dry, and with very little filling. The best part of the establishment was the staff who attended to me, friendly, efficient, and even pleasant. Rodilla on Princesa 👎 and I'm really sorry, but the quality of the gluten-free options and the venue is a huge disappointment 😞

The worst. The customer service is terrible; if you ask questions, they give you a look of disgust. Misleading advertising (if you can't find what you want, we can make it for you) is not true; I asked, and they don’t do it. Gluten-free products consist of two things with cheese and onion, and if you are intolerant to those two things, there is no way to remove them; the cheese is Kraft-style and the onion is powdered.

I went for breakfast this morning, it's the second Sunday I've come (from Móstoles) and the staff's attention is wonderful, they overflow with kindness, attention, and professionalism. I ordered a gluten-free breakfast menu and the long-haired brunette served me wonderfully, and with great care regarding the gluten issue. I will come back. The only drawback is that it's cold in the premises and it's already 10:20 am, something that management should fix because the same thing happened last time.
