It's appreciated that you have gluten-free options, as this is not very common, and overall the experience has been good. However, I feel that the options are too limited: for example, the gluten-free toast cannot be ordered with ingredients like ham, avocado, or salmon, something that could easily be adapted. With a little more flexibility, the experience would be much better.
