A shameful level of service, the worker Martín was rude, I ordered a Pistachio Latte with lactose-free milk, at the register they informed me that the cream on top was made with skim milk. I said, "It’s fine, since I took a pill for my intolerance and a little bit won’t affect me." When I received the Latte from Martín, he told me he wouldn't put the cream because it was made with whole milk. I informed him that I was aware and that it was skim milk. In front of all the customers, he started to say that I ordered it lactose-free as a fad, questioning my intolerance and making me look ridiculous in front of everyone—a lack of respect I have never experienced anywhere else. It's shameful; I will file a complaint with AENA if necessary, this humiliation against a customer, who is also a regular, cannot be tolerated.
