Only one food vegan. Nothing vegan and gluten free to eat. Instead there are a lot of vegan drinks with vegetable milk like oat and almond. The shop is INSIDE El Cort Ingles, very hidden from the steet.

They have many gluten-free options: from palmeritas, pudding, cookies, and other things. The only downside: there is very little seating. The service is very friendly.

The boy who served us was very unpleasant, just like his partner. We ordered two cappuccinos, one with lactose-free milk, as I am intolerant, and they put semi-skimmed milk instead, and the other was with almond milk and they also added semi-skimmed milk. When we arrived, most of the tables were empty, and all the tables were filled with empty glasses that had not been cleared away. Honestly, one of the worst places I've been to, we won't return because of the staff and the cleanliness, especially knowing it's in Madrid and inside a Corte Inglés.

I went to have breakfast and I couldn't get any coffee since they didn't have lactose-free milk and I am intolerant. Being Starbucks, and being in Corte Ingles, they could buy milk if they don't have it. Also, they didn't offer me any alternative.

I was attended by Mario and I told him that I wanted my Frapuccino without cream because I suffer from lactose intolerance, and I also wanted to enjoy my drink to have it in-house, not in plastic. My surprise was the milkshake with cream and in a plastic cup.
