I always come to this Starbucks and this time I was disappointed with the service. I ordered my usual ham sandwich without tomato, and they told me they didn't have it yet when there were sandwiches and the Serrano ham on the counter. They could have prepared it in a minute like they always do. Then I ordered a mixed croissant without cheese and was told there was only mixed available. I am lactose intolerant, and whenever I order, they make one without cheese or remove the cheese for me. The green tea that they usually ask me which variety I want was prepared without asking. I did not see the attention they usually give to the customer.
