Unpleasant, and on top of that, they served me the matcha with regular milk when I'm lactose intolerant, and I asked for oat milk. Furthermore, there is no coconut milk, which is literally the only reason I came here. Then I ordered a carrot cake, and it was harder than a rock. Everything went wrong.

A shame, they don't know what gluten-free means. They put gluten and gluten-free cookies together, and they're so pleased. What a pity. People need to be educated. Being celiac is a disease. Very bad.

The products are very good, but the employees at that time of day asking for gluten-free products even put a fork for the celiac person in a gluten roll, we had to remind them three times that that person was celiac.

I give it one star because after notifying several times that I am celiac and lactose intolerant, the clerk offered me products that contained milk, in addition to paying more attention to her colleague amidst constant laughter without paying attention to what I was saying. Immediately afterwards, my companion ordered a gluten bun and she offered us two forks to share, which confirms that she was not paying the slightest attention to what we were telling her.
