Italian restaurant that offers the possibility to order gluten-free for much of the menu. I asked the waitress, and in the case of pizzas, they have separate ovens to avoid cross-contamination, so those with celiac disease can eat with total peace of mind. They have two types of gluten-free dough. We tried both, very successful thin crusts in terms of flavor and texture. I would say the size is on the medium side; a person who is not a big eater can finish a pizza without a problem. I liked the cheesecake, though it wasn't memorable. Good service and reasonable price.

I have been here about 3 times and every time I left feeling very satisfied and full. A small, nice, and well-decorated place, the waitress was very attentive and pleasant, and the food was spectacular. This time we ordered everything gluten-free and it was very good too.

Great service. The pizzas took little time to serve. They were very tasty, by the way, they have some gluten-free options and a menu for vegetarians. The only thing is that they didn't have gluten-free pasta available, but they usually do. But it just so happened that the day we went there wasn't any. However, we felt comfortable in a nice atmosphere.

Italian restaurant that offers both gluten and gluten-free food. I must say that I have tried the gluten-free pizza, and apart from being very good, it barely has any difference from the 'normal' one; the dough is quite well made and I would say it is undoubtedly the best I have tried compared to the others. The desserts, both delicious, especially the creaminess and flavor of the chocolate ice cream, which might seem like something as normal as chocolate ice cream, but in this case, you can really appreciate the quality and the difference. We will undoubtedly come back again.

The place is very modern and bright. It has tables for large groups. The pizzas can be customized or there are pre-made ones, with a variety of dough, with and without gluten, and fresh ingredients. The service is quick and attentive. Recommendable.

Alcorcón needed an Italian restaurant like this. The food is delicious, the service is very good, and it has the nice atmosphere of Las Retamas, the decoration is beautiful and cozy, and it also has a terrace. Lastly, I would like to add that it has options for vegetarians and vegans, and especially for celiacs, gluten-free food with 100% safety regarding cross-contamination.

I chose the restaurant because I am celiac and it was a total success. Besides the pizzas that I ordered (super truffle), they have pasta, all the starters, and 2 gluten-free desserts (I ordered cheesecake).

The pizzas are very good; you can choose from various types of dough, including traditional wheat flour, other assorted flours, seeds, turmeric, and even gluten-free options. Besides the traditional tomato sauce, they have pumpkin sauce and two other sauces with different cheeses and ingredients to complement. The antipasti are also very delicious. They offer a variety of pastas and some well-made cannoli. The staff is attentive, and the service is quick.

We loved the place. It’s a small venue and you can tell because it was full and there was quite a bit of noise in the environment, but it’s worth it. The dish we liked the most was the carbonara pasta with truffle… a delight! Among the desserts, the cheesecake is delicious. My brother is vegan and could eat everything except dessert which only had a scoop of ice cream; for vegetarians, they have many more options, and the gluten-free menu is super extensive. The dishes are not very large, but the quality is undeniable. The staff was very friendly at all times. Without a doubt, I will return on my next visit to Madrid.

Daily menu at 11.90. Delicious lasagna. A multitude of gluten-free options and a very nice atmosphere. It's great to have a place like this in Las Retamas. The waiters are very pleasant. 100% recommendable! With home delivery service.

The pizzas and pastas are very, very good. We chose all gluten-free options to try and you couldn't notice the difference at all. They have many types of dough and possible combinations to create your pizza to your liking. Quality ingredients. Highly recommended!!

I highly recommend this restaurant ! The sangria was amazing and the pizza was one of the best I have ever had, with a very tasty dough. There a lot of vegetarian and gluten-free options. Service was really good, I only wish I had tried the desserts as well. Besides, prices were reasonable. Will come back for sure !

New pizzeria on Avenida de Las Retamas with interesting dough proposals, but these doughs are frozen, not artisanal. The flavor is good and the stone oven helps a lot to achieve a decent pizza. A positive point is the possibility to combine ingredients and different types of dough, including pizzas for celiacs, and the final result is decent. The price may be a bit high (2 pizzas for about 28 euros) considering they are frozen doughs. This would be the negative point.
