Super nice. Being celiac, they looked for several options I could eat. I recommend the gluten-free cheesecake ice cream. Delicious!

A very nice place to have a drink or a coffee. The downside was that although they have gluten-free products, they are frozen and the microwave wasn't working, I suggest they buy a new one.

I loved the attention from the waitress Cati as I ordered gluten-free and had excellent service.

Nour has treated me like royalty; from one day to the next, she remembered my intolerance and even gave my dessert from the menu to my colleagues so they could give it to me because I had to rush out before finishing. When I’m at the Ice Palace, I’m only coming to Vienna!

I was negatively surprised since I have been there a couple of times. It was extremely hot and it was unbearable to stay there for more than 5 minutes straight; I can't even imagine the heat the workers must endure... it must be illegal to be at such high temperatures... On the other hand, I want to mention a positive aspect since they have been bringing several gluten-free items.
