The worst catering I've tried in a long time. It's worth noting that they are irresponsible with the issue of allergens. After having repeated conversations with this catering about requesting a gluten-free menu, I found gluten bread on both days of service. Fortunately, I checked the ingredients of a tortilla sandwich, the main ingredient of which was wheat. I mentioned it and they responded with few apologies for such an important mistake and a new proposal for a gluten-free menu for the next day. My surprise was that the next day they included a gluten-free product (a bag of picos) but did not remove the wheat bread that was in direct contact with a tortilla skewer. I suppose the people responsible for this catering service care very little about harming the health of their clients.
