Horrible, there was nothing available. We went to have pancakes, I am celiac and usually there are options in all Vips, we had to change our order three times because there was nothing, neither with gluten nor without. Finally, I ordered a classic hamburger, and they brought me another one, with gluten-free bread that was hard as a rock, burned from the freezer, and they had to change it for me, cold, truly horrible. In this Vips and the one on Avda de la Albufera, it is terrible. They took a long time to serve us. The staff who attended to us were friendly, and they apologized because there really wasn't much available from the menu. It’s always the same here; people came in and left because there was no product.
