This is not the first time this has happened to me at a VIPS, but they are not at all aware of the allergies and intolerances of their customers. They should be more attentive and inform themselves about the consequences that can arise. Yesterday we went for an afternoon snack and the waiter had no idea about anything. I hope this situation changes for the sake of their customers' health.
