Honestly, a somewhat unpleasant experience. The place is magnificent, as the setup is nice, but today we went as a group, one of whom is celiac. Everything was going well until we sat at the table and they put a blue tablecloth, stating that they enjoy their gluten-free products. Once we had all placed our orders and the food arrived (30 minutes after taking the order, knowing one was celiac), they notified us that they couldn't offer any gluten-free products from the menu, trying to recommend chicken with salad instead. Moreover, the waiters seemed a bit uninformed as they didn't know the gluten-free products and the meat's doneness. Honestly, it's a big disappointment for celiac individuals; I do not recommend it. Everything else was fine.

It's not the first time I've been. I like the place because they have food for celiacs. Before, I could only eat the mixed sandwich, but now they have more gluten-free options. This burger is the best I've ever eaten in a gluten-free restaurant. The ones from Burger King and McDonald's are garbage in comparison. The fries are a bit inferior to those from Burger King. The atmosphere is pleasant, and for celiacs, they put up a sign. The food for celiacs takes longer to arrive than that of others, but that's normal and it even makes me feel more secure. I've eaten here several times and all have been good; none have given me problems, and according to my tests, there is no gluten in my body. Being a celiac is complex because it restricts the places you can go with your friends, but this is one of the best options.

The food was good in flavor, but there are many details that can be improved. The fries with the hamburger were cold, the brownie was extra hard, I don't know if it came straight out of the fridge to the plate. They have very few options for lactose intolerant people; my friend had to eat rice with tomato and sausage since they didn't allow her to eat from the kids' menu because she was over 12 years old, note that she could have eaten from that menu because of the lactose. The truth is that these are things that need improvement. The wonderful point of this franchise is a guy named Jony, he was the only one super friendly, pleasant, and he explained and cleared up the doubts we had. For the rest, we even had to repeat that we were missing cutlery, including the manager; we did not feel comfortable at all with the service.

Too expensive for what you get. My gluten free bacon burger came mostly raw.
