Inefficiency made restaurant. The VIPS chain is slow, I’m used to it but this time they have outdone themselves... More than an hour and a half waiting for my gluten-free dish, which finally arrived when the rest of the table was already ordering desserts. The funniest part was hearing the waitress ask the kitchen through her earpiece if they had taken my dish out of the freezer yet. I understand, it’s a dish for celiacs, there's an established protocol... But does it really take that long to take a plate out of the freezer, thaw it, and plate it? I felt like going into the kitchen to do it myself. I won’t be returning.

Today was my birthday and they took great care of me with my lactose intolerance, from the manager to the rest of the staff. They serve quickly, which doesn't happen in other VIPS, and the atmosphere is very nice. Thank you!!!

A picture is worth a thousand words, this is the gluten-free bread offered by Vips and a week later I am still waiting for a response. I have been prudent not to leave the review the same day, but in light of the fact that they solve nothing... The gluten-free pancakes came frozen. The lettuce was spoiled. Everything went to the trash and I had no dinner.
