You have a great gluten-free breakfast. Toñi makes it very easy for you to order and know what you can eat. Pancakes, sandwiches, bars, etc. Quick service and tasty food.

They have 3 gluten-free dishes on the menu. However, in reality, they only have 2 available. To try not to repeat food, we asked to adapt a dish of iberian presa so that it wouldn't have purée, since cross-contamination is not a problem for me. They didn't allow us. In the end, we ordered ribs with onion rings that contain gluten… and with BBQ sauce that likely contains gluten because they didn't let us adapt any dish. So it's clear that the dishes are of low quality and they can't change ingredients, but not for safety reasons, since when we ordered with gluten, all the problems they were putting on us were removed.

I went for breakfast, as VIPS is one of the few places that offers gluten-free variety and they served me wonderfully. I always request the milk cold, and in this VIPS it was really cold, not at room temperature like in the others. The amount of brownie was great. The downside is the price which, not being included in the breakfast menu, is quite high, but that's something that should change across the entire chain.
