Great option for eating with children in the play area. Gluten-free children's menu available. I wish they would increase the gluten-free options available. Marielen served us amazingly! Thank you very much!

We ate separately; first they brought one dish, and after 25 minutes, our celiac daughter's. Her potatoes were frozen. For desserts (a milkshake) and some gluten-free pancakes, we waited another 35 minutes, and they also brought them separately. The poor waiters were overwhelmed because it’s not their fault. We just wanted to pay and leave!!! It's sad to see what it used to be compared to what it is now!!!

Very bad experience. After a long wait to be attended, despite the place being almost empty, a manager named Jeri treated us rudely and disrespected us. It is incomprehensible that this person would treat us poorly and with an aggressive attitude, even resorting to insults. In light of this behavior, we decided to leave, not without asking for and filling out the corresponding complaint form, which she was also unwilling to provide. It's a shame that, with the number of pleasant and capable people who can do their job, there are those who do not value their position and, above all, the company they represent. Therefore, in light of such intolerable treatment, my recommendation is to look for another establishment where you are valued as a customer and to avoid wasting time, money, and, most importantly, frustrations.

The truth is that a meal that leaves much to be desired. Service was quite slow, the dishes arrived at the table with food rather cold. It’s not that VIPS is the best out there but in this case it's quite regular. Then the bathrooms were disgusting, looking like they hadn't been cleaned all weekend. Attached is a photo of the nachos suitable for celiacs, certainly not what we expected. I won't be returning to this establishment in particular.
