Unfortunately, I was not satisfied. I ordered a gluten-free mixed sandwich for breakfast and it was not available. I then asked for a gluten-free toast with butter and jam, and I was told that they only served it with oil due to possible contamination because they didn't have single-use packets; that's not the case in other places, but okay. To top it off, they brought me the closed ticket, and I couldn't scan it since I didn't have the QR code. This is a constructive criticism; I've been a Vips customer for many years and usually everything is fine. Regards!
