Terrible experience tonight. We ordered a Smash burger and a gluten-free mixed sandwich. The burger arrived completely burnt, dry, and charred; the fries were almost cold. The mixed sandwich was another disaster. The fries were refried, cold, and tasted like fish. The bread of the sandwich was hard and very scarce inside. They have really lowered the quality a lot. At least the staff was friendly.
