We were 4 people, one of whom is celiac, they bring her dish and the others 40 minutes later. After several complaints, a manager comes over saying they're going through a different route, without any explanation. I find it embarrassing; if we are 4 people, we should eat together, not have the person with the gluten-free option's food get cold and tough while waiting for the others.

The Vips is always a place where time passes at a different pace, but today two drinks (smoothies) arrived a long time after the first dishes, and the first dishes arrived in batches so that the gluten-free hamburger ended up being served together with the desserts. Of the three desserts, the pancakes with Nutella took 45 minutes longer than all the others... We had a reservation for 8 PM and left at 10:45 PM because I paid with the app; otherwise, we might still be there. By the way, the Rainbow poke bowl with hard rice, anyone could say anything because you might end up without dinner! The Vips is only good for afternoon snacks or daily menu... Otherwise, for some reason, it's just mediocre.

Very good experience at breakfast, it's true that prices have gone up, we're talking about around 7-10€ per breakfast (with coffee included) but the truth is that everything was very good and the service was a 10. My boyfriend is celiac and there are more and more gluten-free options. And thank you very much Nohemy for the wonderful service :)

Dinner for ten at VIPS. We were positively surprised by both the quality of the food and the ambiance, as well as the speed of the service. Special mention goes to Sara, who was an absolute delight. She took the time to explain all the gluten-free options and allergens to us in detail, with great professionalism and warmth. Thanks to her, we dined with complete confidence and peace of mind. A highly recommendable experience, we will definitely repeat it.
