The letter specifies the dishes that can be adapted to a gluten-free version. The clarity and effort are appreciated. In total, there are 4 dishes plus the mixed sandwich without egg (and some dessert). It’s little, but at least there are options. It would be interesting to have some more meat-free options, as one has to settle for nachos WITHOUT guacamole. Ultimately, there is some possibility and considering the disaster that most menus represent for celiacs, it is appreciated. There needs to be more effort to achieve more variety without meat.
