Frozen food and having ordered it gluten-free, the process for celiacs was not taken into account, the tablecloth and the blue flag were not put up. Lastly, they did not provide us with the complaint form, the manager and the waitress came and told us it was unintentional.

This is the second time I give a chance and I get let down again. I ordered some croquettes, it's true I didn't specify but they also didn't ask me, they brought me cheese croquettes, not caring if I have any allergies or intolerances. I kindly asked for ham ones, I know it's a hassle, I work in retail, but they took them away in a rude manner, and on top of that, they brought me the same ones, just putting a piece of ham on top of each croquette, and they were super oily, they treated me like I was absolutely foolish. Cheese croquettes when I asked them to change them.

In general, the "normal" food at this Vips is fine, I've been going for many years and I have no complaints. But the gluten-free food, the two times I've tried it, was bad. The first sandwich I ordered was the VIPS club, and it was just bread with four leaves of lettuce, practically I didn't eat anything, and I don't understand because the chicken, the cheese, etc. don't contain gluten. This last time I ordered a mixed sandwich and the bread was kind of wet, very strange. I also don't understand why they have to give you fewer fries and different ones than the normal sandwich. Just to show you the difference between the two photos: a normal ham and cheese sandwich with double the fries vs mine without gluten. So in general, I would say there are few gluten-free options, and the few I've tried I do not recommend. Otherwise, if you have no gluten issues, you can eat well. Although specifically this Vips is extremely noisy. The service is good, but due to all the commotion, I don't find it comfortable.
