VERY BAD, THE FOOD SUPER BAD. WE ARRIVED AND THE DRINK MACHINE WASN'T WORKING, ONLY WATER. THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE GLUTEN-FREE POTATOES THEY OFFER IN THE SANDWICH. WE ORDERED A MIXED SANDWICH WITH EGG BUT THEY ALSO DIDN'T HAVE POTATOES FOR THE SANDWICH, THEY PUT WILTED SALAD AND THE EGG WAS OVERCOOKED. THE FOOD WAS FROZEN, QUALITY 0... AH, THEY DON'T PUT TABLECLOTHS, YOU EAT LIKE DOGS DIRECTLY ON THE TABLE. NOW I UNDERSTAND WHY IT'S IN THE AREA IT IS AND ALWAYS ALMOST EMPTY. AND I'M NOT RACIST BUT NOT 1 SPANISH WAITER. I WON'T GO BACK IN MY LIFE AND MANY PEOPLE HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY'RE EVEN WORSE THAN THIS. WHEN YOU ORDER NUTELLA PANCAKES, THEY ALWAYS COME FROZEN, IT SEEMS THEY HAVE THEM IN THE FREEZER AND JUST REHEAT THEM... LIKE THE PANCAKES FROM VIPS!!! WHAT A SHAME!!

Breakfast service ends at 12:30. I arrived at 12:24 to order breakfast and was made to wait at the door for 8 minutes, after which I was told that breakfast was no longer being served. I said I had been waiting since 12:24, and the waiter, Cristian, called me a liar and said he would not tolerate lies in his job. A cheeky and quite intolerable treatment, to be honest. It really puts the brand in a bad light.
