Yesterday I wanted to invite my family for my birthday, and the truth is it was a complete disaster. To start with, if you are allergic or intolerant to something, do not trust what is written on the menu. My daughter is lactose intolerant and ordered the spaghetti and meatballs from the children's menu because, according to the menu, it only indicated wheat as an allergen. Still, I warned the girl who took our order because sometimes they sprinkle grated cheese on pasta dishes without notifying us. She noted it down and according to her, she wrote it down without cheese. They arrived without cheese, but in the afternoon my daughter started to feel unwell, and here we are a day later with an IV because she got really sick. Upon closely investigating the allergens at Vips, I see that that dish indicates it may contain lactose (I imagine they add it to the meatballs), so please be careful. Also, they did not bring one of the adult dishes, they charged us for a bread that never arrived, and they also tried to charge us separately for the children's menu drinks. The wait times were excessively long too, and we arrived early, intending not to go during peak hours and finish quickly... We had the table at around 1:45 PM and left around 5:30 PM... Horrible, I do not recommend it at all, especially if you are allergic or intolerant to something.

I am celiac, a real disappointment. They put the blue placemat for me and served my measly breakfast an hour before the rest of my companions. I’m posting a picture of the same breakfast, but one is for celiacs and the other is not, make your bets... Ridiculous. I paid the same, by the way.
