We went to celebrate a birthday with a reservation made two days in advance, and suddenly it didn’t exist. Not content with that negligence, the chocolate cake and the cheesecake (ordered due to lactose intolerance), had never existed at any point; nobody knew anything about them until I finally demanded the complaint form, and as if by magic, everything appeared. Lack of interest and seriousness from the waitresses, plates that take an eternity to be served, LET ALONE THE APP THAT DOESN'T WORK FOR THEM. It's simply a place to drink some sodas and be able to repeat because it doesn't cost more than the first one; everything else is increasingly chaotic.

Very bad experience. First and last time we visited Vips in La Vaguada. We were two people (one of whom is celiac). To begin with, we were surprised that a place like Vips has such a limited offer for people with celiac disease (literally four items on the menu). Still, we ordered a gluten-free hamburger to try it. The hamburger arrived completely cold. The bread wasn’t even toasted and when you opened the hamburger, you found two slices of tomato with four huge pieces of poorly placed lettuce and two tiny pieces of bacon (the cheese, barbecue sauce, and onion included in the menu were not put in my hamburger, and I never said not to include them). Cold and completely tasteless hamburger, accompanied by a plate of fries that were also served completely cold and full of oil (inedible, they stayed there). For the companion, Villaroy chicken breast (this dish with gluten), it came with a fried egg and salad. The breast was breaded with a super thick and greasy coating and inside was packed with cheese and thick béchamel, very bad. Both dishes, along with a Coca-Cola and a beer, totaled €35. A highway robbery for the terrible quality of the food and a service that brings the dishes at different times, incomplete and cold. We will definitely not return.

The food is acceptable if looking for a known quantity type of establishment. They do serve gluten free pancakes, which is a big reason we go. Crazy cheap prices too!
