We had dinner with four people on a Sunday night in August, one of whom is gluten intolerant. This is important, as we believe Vips is one of the places that has the most variety of gluten-free products, although now we would like to make a proposal for a future menu, since we found it a bit illogical that there is no gluten-free salad for people with this intolerance. The service was fast and attentive, and the atmosphere was also quite nice. As for the food, we ordered a hamburger, two salads, and finally a sandwich. It is worth noting that the fries generally come cold both with the sandwich and with the hamburger, and this has not only happened to us in this Vips, but in several others, and I think it is a detail to consider. The sauce that accompanied the hamburger tasted peculiar, and we had to return it. We don't know if it was actually because it tasted that way or if something was wrong with that sauce, which we were never informed about. We returned it, and they did not give us any feedback about it. The salads were good and abundant. As for the sandwich, it was a gluten-free mixed sandwich since it was one of the few options available that night without gluten. There was a lack of gluten-free dishes that night, having ordered two dishes previously that were sold out. Also, another dish with gluten that we had ordered was sold out. We believe that on a Sunday at 9:10 PM, it should have a bit more stock or variety of foods. The waitress also indicated that some other things were missing. Overall, it was good, but in my opinion, it needs improvement on the little things that I mentioned earlier.

We went to eat at Vips Plenilunio because we love the classic Vips. We ordered the usual dishes, such as the ribs, Villaroel chicken, or the Wellington puff pastry: - The Wellington: RAW INSIDE. I asked the waiter to change it for me. The "manager" came and told me they couldn't make it differently because "it burns on the outside". I asked what the alternative was, and he said it could only be this way. So, since they don’t know how to make it, and they put it in frozen, or with the meat inside RAW, in the microwave, only the puff pastry cooks on the outside. Conclusion, he basically told me "take it or leave it for another dish". - The ribs, scarce, potatoes, 4 potatoes. We asked for more potatoes and they brought us another plate of ribs instead of giving us more potatoes. - The chicken: not just scarce, but worse. LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF VIPS, can you explain to us why this happened in your establishment? Because we have been going to Vips for our entire lives and this is lamentable. Was all the staff ON PRACTICE? Even in the kitchen? This is intolerable.

I am celiac and everything I ate here was delicious, I had never tried Vips and I now know I can count on this place. Moreover, the staff was great, we were attended by Mirela who was very attentive and explained to me that they consider cross-contamination. I will definitely return :)

The waitress attended to us with great patience and kindness. I went to dinner with a friend who is celiac, and she really explained to us how they prepare everything separately without gluten. We ordered quesadillas, a Cuban sandwich, brownie, and cheesecake, all delicious and very well prepared. We will return 🤗

We were there on a Friday afternoon and it was very busy, but there were available tables, so we didn't have to wait to be seated. We took advantage of the snack offer they have; with your pancakes or toast, the drink is free, and you can also accumulate eurovips with the mobile app. The staff's attention was very good, and the food was served at just the right temperature, everything was warm and delicious. There are also breakfast deals, and since the kitchen doesn't close all day, it's always a good option to grab a bite. Another advantage is that they offer gluten-free options suitable for celiacs. Plenilunio has free outdoor and indoor parking, as well as a play area for children.
