My experience at this Vips has been TERRIBLE. We went to eat yesterday with 8 people, and first of all, I am celiac, everyone else was able to order from the menu except me, and the gluten-free options on the menu (which are very few) are disappointing. I ordered the gluten-free ham and cheese fajitas, they arrived and were hard (like when you leave the package open for a week). The rest had menu items, and the food came cold… (I’m talking about the ribs), the salads were almost without dressing… an absolute disaster overall!! On top of that, we had to ask several times for a jug of water… we didn’t get it until the dessert arrived. We will not eat there again, of course. And regarding celiac options… you should really step it up because the few gluten-free options you have are sad! I do NOT recommend it AT ALL.
