Every time we go it’s a disappointment. The service is very slow, the food arrives cold, and we’ve even had problems with gluten-free dishes. They are backed by the name; if it were any other business it would have been closed a long time ago.

The food is very good, especially the gluten-free service and the attention from Azeddine, a great professional.

The quality of Vips breakfasts has decreased quite a bit. The mollete bread is no longer as good as it used to be. A colleague ordered gluten-free bread with tomato, and they brought her 3 slices that were pitiful. On the plus side, the juice is in a pretty big glass. The coffee is bad.

Every month they release new products, but we celiacs have been having the same 4 frozen and reheated items since 2016 (I’m not exaggerating). Also, we ordered a plate of nachos and the nachos were quite scarce. They told us it's because they are gluten-free and the portions come pre-made, but we’ve ordered this dish other times and it has never come in such small quantities. I'm leaving the review for this place because it's the one we went to, but it happens in all of them.
