VIPS offers a welcoming and informal atmosphere, ideal for a lunch break with friends. Although the variety of options may be tempting, especially for those who love to share tasty combinations, the experience can vary depending on the time.

The place is not suitable for Celiacs. In addition to taking too long to serve the dishes, they do not provide adequate attention and bring them incorrectly, requiring them to be prepared again. We have been regular customers until today, but this is not the first time this has happened to us. Today they brought the dish with cream when we had notified that it should not be included. It seems they pay little attention since this is unfortunately not the first time it happens. It's a shame that they lose customers due to poor service. Years ago, I even praised the service, but they have lost quality in it.

They have greatly reduced quantities and quality, what a pity. The combo of appetizers is smaller than before, but it is always a good option to share. The gluten-free burger option was quite bland and very dry. The service was very slow, even when there aren't many people and you see empty tables. It took about 15 minutes to seat us, they took a long time to take our order, and it took almost 1 hour to bring us the food.

I went twice, on the first occasion I ordered a gluten-free sandwich and after waiting an hour they said it wasn't available and that gluten-free breakfasts were not included (in other Vips they are included). I came another time and ordered the gluten-free hamburger and after waiting an hour and a half they brought it to me burnt to the point that I couldn't bite it, they changed it for me after waiting another 30 minutes. If you are celiac I do not recommend this Vips, in others it's no problem, but here it is already the second time I've had issues with gluten-free food.

They have destroyed VIPS, there is not a trace left of that delicious Caesar salad, the pampera, the villarroy... because don't get confused, even though they have the same name, they don't resemble their predecessors AT ALL. We left half of the food, the rice was truly disgusting... Moreover, they only have 3 gluten-free dishes, and when we asked why the "chicken with Spanish sauce" could contain it, they told us they are jar sauces. In short, a disaster, goodbye, VIPS.
