I have celiac disease. I had the ibérico for breakfast and it was delicious; Ela's attention was exceptional, very attentive to ensure there was no contamination with my breakfast. A 10 for Ela, 100% professional.

I had dinner here, and the truth is that the treatment was commendable and admirable, the service was a perfect 10, but I must highlight one waiter, "Oliver" is a machine, a crack, a phenomenon. I remember that time I was stranded outside and he took me in, or when he gave me a gluten-free turrón de souchard because I am intolerant, but I will never forget when he offered me a job when I had nothing. In short, an angel, he is a person who gives to others, I love him like a silly son. Regards to the VIPS team. 👋🏻

The experience has been good overall, we only had to wait a bit for our order to be taken, but the staff was very attentive and took great care with my friend's and my intolerances. We had a gluten-free Vips club and a Caesar salad where bread, chicken, and sauces were served separately to avoid contamination. It was busy, but there were about 3 or 4 free tables when we arrived, so we didn't have to wait. Additionally, they serve you glasses of water and don’t give you dirty looks like they do in other restaurants.

Nothing positive. We ordered gluten-free nachos to nibble on and the oriental stir-fry that was the main course came out instead. So I had dinner alone while the other 3 people waited. When I finished, they started. This was after a 50-minute wait. A shame. I will never return to an expensive and bad Vips.
