After 30 minutes of waiting... we received two poorly plated gluten-free oriental chicken salads (one salad split into two plates). The quantity was scarce compared to other Vips. What I was paying did not match what I was receiving. After addressing this with the staff, they explained that this is how the stir-fry is served but could add more rice, and after 10 minutes, they brought it to us, and we noticed it had more chicken than the first... we have photos from other Vips and it didn’t compare. TERRIBLE.

Disappointing experience. The quality of service at this location has really declined. The last two times we have gone, we have been unable to order a hamburger with the gluten free option. The first time because they had run out of gluten free rolls and the second time because the grill for cooking the gluten free food was broken and needed to be repaired.
