For all the workers, I hope they have better manners. Especially Rocío, who is the cook and the person in charge, and with whom my family has submitted a complaint for the following reasons: If someone asks for something gluten-free, the cook makes gestures and grimaces, huffing. Having to get up to get things after paying for your meal and already having to get up for it several times, sitting on the terrace because they are talking among themselves and paying attention to friends who are also sitting there, and seeing what annoys them if you kindly ask for something. To culminate the experience, asking for dessert and knowing that there are people sitting on the terrace who just ordered food and saying that we ask for dessert, but only to take away because they want to close the terrace, but their friends can still sit there and say nothing. So that we don’t eat the desserts at that moment, they don’t even give us a spoon, and when you go to ask for it and say if you can eat the dessert at the table since we were still eating and please that one person is in a wheelchair and we were finishing eating, the cook yells at you saying that she is the one in charge and points at you and treats you disrespectfully. Being in a superior position, honestly, the least she could do is not laugh and disrespect customers after such terrible service.

Shameful. In Lotanca After waiting in line for more than 35 minutes, they have no gluten-free food. (They have spent it all). They should put up a sign indicating that there were no gluten-free products left. Shameful

The worst gluten-free mixed sandwich I've ever eaten, the bread was hard and the York ham tasted like tough chewing gum, and the portion of fries was scant. To top it off, it was the only thing they had left without gluten.

I ordered it without onion and they brought it with onion, I informed them and they brought me the same sandwich with an onion flavor, no need for explanations. Thankfully, it wasn’t an allergy or intolerance. Moreover, they had bad attitudes when I asked for a replacement. And by the time the sandwich came back, the coffee was already cold; I asked what they could do to serve them together, and the only solution was to make me another one, and of course, you paid for it. I will never return.

Well, look badly. We tried to have a snack and left. They say drinks are not allowed during snacks, making it very expensive, and in the other Vips they do allow them.... For celiacs, they only offered nachos as gluten-free... no toasts. We ordered chai latte, and they didn't even know what it was; they don’t serve it or have it. Very little willingness to serve and a lot of rushing. Small place, impossible to navigate with a children's stroller or incredibly uncomfortable. Excessively crowded (too many tables for the space available). The disabled bathroom was broken... In the end, we went to Rodilla, cheaper, tastier, and much friendlier, and they were really nice to our baby.

The inedible gluten-free potatoes filled with black bits inside, the first ones served to me cold and as if they had been made for 3 days, the second ones chewy (I think they were the first ones that had been heated), and the third ones hard and dry as a rock (all with those little black bits inside). The girl who served me three times tried to seem nice, but her face and gestures said otherwise. They also didn’t have gluten-free pancakes.

I placed a takeout order and when I got home it was all surprises. - The burger I ordered without cheese due to intolerance was filled with melted cheese. - The dessert and the drink from the kids' menu were missing. - The Louisiana salad was a mix of lettuces with three pieces of chicken and a strip of bacon. A disgrace. Nothing like other VIPs.
