Had a fantastic experience here! I'm celiac and my boyfriend is from Brazil, so it was very special to be able to safely try all the food he's been telling me about. And it was delicious!! I arrived by myself right as they opened and just managed to get a seat at the bar, so I'd recommend making a reservation. Special shoutout to Alex (tall, brunette, handsome) who was very friendly to me and makes great drinks. I ordered so much I had to take half of it to go, which will make for a delicious midnight snack. Highly recommend!!

Great place (vibe, food, service) especially because I’m gluten free, I can eat all the food here! Alex served us and he was fantastic at helping us feel at home and making sure that everything was good with us.

I loved that everything is gluten free 🩷 the food was delicious, also the service from Alex was great. The only 2 things it could improve: the food took too long to be ready, and the price could be better.

An amazing little place that turned out to be the best meal we had on our visit to Berlin. We came here originally as we saw it had a good gluten free menu and we don't get much opportunity to eat Brazilian food in the UK. The atmosphere was so cosy after a day spent wandering round in Berlin's November weather, with it being a nice and intimate setup, the lighting meant it was very relaxing and comfortable. Both the food and drinks were amazing and considering how much we ate and drank, the bill at the end was very reasonable too. We were waited on by Alex who was very chatty and personable, making us laugh and feel welcome. He seems to love his job and it definitely showed in the service he gave to us. If we lived in Berlin this would definitely be a regular place to visit for us but unfortunately we were only here for a short break. This place is definitely worth a visit if you're in the city and is an easy walk from nearby transport links so all the more reason to go (but make sure you book as it's clear from the full tables that it's very popular!)

Place is a heaven for celiacs. Everything on their menu is gluten free (except for beer)! I didn’t understand the obsession of the waiter(s) to use the QR code to order and pay from your phone, I found it quite bothersome… but aside from that, everything was delicious :)

This is the perfect restaurant for anyone with celiac. The entire restaurant is naturally gluten free, so you will not have to worry about cross contamination at all. I had two tapioca sandwiches and a guava spritz, all of which were delicious. As someone with celiac, I am not used to eating good bread, but the tapioca bread of the sandwiches was tasty, pliable, and did not crumble at all. They were so good that unfortunately I ate them both before taking a picture. It was also very affordable— if I had not gotten a drink, my meal would have been around 15€ I think. Phenomenal meal overall, would 100% recommend.

My partner is Coeliac, so it's always great to find somewhere that has a 100% gluten-free menu. Even better when it's so delicious that we had to go back twice. Great food, quick and friendly service and cosy atmosphere.

Dear Tapiocaria Team, I have received your response and would like to reiterate my commitment to transparency and an amicable resolution of this issue. I understand that there are differences in perspective between what I reported and what your team communicated, but it is important to remember that, as a customer, I am expressing my personal experience and dissatisfaction with the service I received. At the time of canceling the dish, my intention was clear. I directly requested that the amount be removed from the bill, considering that the dish was not served. I regret if this caused any discomfort, but this experience was real and had a negative impact on my evening. Moreover, if the dish was indeed ready, your staff member would not have requested an additional 10-15 minutes to serve it. I would like to emphasize that my goal was never to harm the restaurant's reputation but to communicate a situation that was, in my view, frustrating and below expectations. However, the repeated demands and authoritarian tone requesting me to remove my review make me feel coerced, threatened, and censored, which I consider a disrespectful and intimidating approach. I would like to understand how, as a customer, I can freely express my opinion in an appropriate space without facing threats of legal action from the restaurant. As you mentioned that “the internet is no legal free space,” I ask: what crime or offense have I committed by honestly sharing my negative experience? I reiterate that in my review, I expressed my genuine and real dissatisfaction without any intention to unjustly damage the restaurant’s reputation. As a customer, I have the right to honestly share my experience, especially when I have witnesses and evidence, such as messages sent via Instagram, emails, and the receipt itself , which substantiate my account. At no time did I disrespect, lie, or act in bad faith; I simply expressed the truth of what happened. I reiterate that I am open to resolving this fairly and constructively, and I ask that the restaurant address this case professionally and respectfully, without demands for censorship. I await your response. Sincerely, Dear Tapiocaria Team, Thank you for your reply, but I need to clarify that the core issue here is the incorrect charge for the canceled main dish (Brazilian PF, €25.90). I specifically requested that your staff member remove this charge from the bill, yet it was not done. I feel deceived, as we ended up paying for a dish we neither received nor consumed. This is not only disappointing but a breach of trust, as I relied on your staff to respect my request. Additionally, I ordered the main dish at the beginning of our meal, together with the starters. So, are you suggesting that waiting from approximately 19:15 until 20:35 for a main dish is considered acceptable service time? While I understand that certain dishes require time, this delay was unreasonable, especially given our previous positive experiences with your restaurant. I again request a refund for the incorrectly charged amount, as this remains my main concern. I look forward to a resolution that properly addresses these points.

We went with family and friends, and we truly enjoyed the evening. The food is excellent 💯, with a menu offering many options, and everything is gluten-free! (super important for us since some family members are celiac 🙏🏼). The service is outstanding, and a special thanks to Alex for the wonderful attention! 💫 We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Very nice Brazilian food which is 100% gluten-free, so heaven for celiacs! Especially the various tapiocas and cheese balls were great! Service was super friendly and fun, but could be a bit better organised. We took it with humor and had a good time nevertheless.

Got a table late on a Friday night. They were already out of the small gluten free cheese bread but had many other things left on the menu. Food is excellent, service is attentive if a little scattered. Overall had a wonderful meal and experience.

An interesting glutenfree and healthy menu. Very delicious, fresh and authentic food. Super friendly service, comfy rustic atmosphere, just a little to loud sometimes. Definitely a recommendation for something different for celiacs.

One of those place that "has it all". Tasty food, generous portions, everything gluten free, vegetarian options available, intimate seating indoor, outdoor seating, good cocktails, staff that speaks English, card payment, you name it. Tapiocas are great, the main dishes are very interesting and flavorful, and the cocktails were very well made. What's not very obvious is that everything (except the beer) is gluten-free. All. Dishes!
