Wanted gluten free pasta only to realise the only gf option was zoodles 😂. Had the pomodoro zoodles with added chicken breast and spinach. Generous portion! Delicious ! Made me have zoodle cravings the next day:) will recommend. Very crowded tho. Be prepared to wait for food.

Hopeless. I’ve been to a lot of Vapianos, all over Germany, England, etc. This is the worst one I’ve ever experienced. I agree that English speakers shouldn’t get too upset when workers at fast food places don’t always speak English, but honestly, this one is in the main train station in Berlin. And not only had they run out of the gluten-free options, the service staff was quite rude. .

The pizza was worth half its price, the ingredients' quality was worse than the other Vapianos I went to. The order process is not explicit : you don't order your pasta where pasta is written for example. You have to order at the bar and there is a line because everyone has to order there. Also, they didn't have the gluten free options written on their menu.

Although is supposed to be food-intolerance/allergy friendly, the cooks are not that much friendly. I've waited in the right line for many minutes, to find out that the cook was not trained to prepare gluten-free food even thou the queue where I was had the indication that it was the right queue to ask for this kind of food. The cook just said that I should be in another queue. Then I asked many times how should I know I was in the wrong queue if I was doing everything supposedly right? The cook not even said "sorry"! What a stupid customer service quality! It is not worth the price.
