I booked a gluten-free cake let's say that besides the various stories made, in the end, it was an ice cream cake. All show, unfortunately, the game is not worth the candle. Tiny gluten-free croissants, I’ve eaten better. The guys who work there are all very talented. Too bad about the quality.

I booked a gluten-free and lactose-free cake for my graduation party, specifically requesting a parchment with the following text: "Graduation in Mechanical Engineering, congratulations Dr. Mariateresa Bucci." The writing was not uniform at all because some letters were thicker than others, and they included senseless quotation marks between "graduation" and "engineering," leaving out "mechanical." Instead of "Dr.,” it said "Dr.," but the most serious issue was that they got my name wrong. I had explicitly requested only sugar paste around it, and instead, they put sugar paste and fruit, including strawberries, which I definitely did not ask for. Having an intolerance to this fruit, I had trouble managing the moment of the cake. Moreover, the sugar paste was not neat at all, as can be seen from the attached photo. I had asked for wheels made of sugar paste, but I received badly cut wheels—half following the edge and the other half making a circle. Unfortunately, I did not pick it up personally and honestly, I promised myself I would call about the poor professionalism and the issues encountered, but I avoided it because I didn’t want to ruin my celebration day even more. In short, a shocking cake that only demonstrates the lack of commitment and love they put into making it. Absolutely negative experience. Besides losing a follower on Instagram, they have mainly lost a customer.
