My flat white at Judy Café was remarkable. The quality of the espresso was immediately evident, with layered floral notes. The espresso-to-milk ratio was precise and beautifully executed. Add the quiet courtyard of the Pavillon de la Reine — c’est magnifique. And yes, this is a photo of my empty cup… I snapped the shot while I was waiting for my second delicious coffee!
