Everything is gluten free! I recommend the pain suisse which had the perfect amount of butter and chocolate, and was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. However the praline and pistachio babkas were a little dry

Delicious! I think maybe the locals are expecting gluten free products to taste like regular ones when that’s rarely the case. Enjoy your gluten free treat :)

An alternative flours boulangerie (gluten free etc). The flan nature here was superb. We are british tourists and this certainly met our need for a first breakfast in Lyon. A little expensive but that is to be expected, some very loyal customers, it was evident. Worth a try to see what is possible with alternative flours.

This bakery is outstanding! I am gluten-free and vegan which makes it very difficult to find bakery items that don’t contain my allergens. My friend stumbled across this bakery while she was looking online, so we went to check it out. I was complete awe when we arrived, the bakery itself is so adorable and unique. I had help from the most amazing worker named Anthony, who helped show me Which pastries I was able to have with my allergies- I was blown away when he pointed out 5 treats I could choose from! This place was so good I had to go back the next day To try two more desserts! I can’t recommend enough!!
