really kind owner and, above all, knows about the pathology! He doesn't offer much choice, but the owner offered to prepare a completely gluten-free calamari salad for me, or grilled meat or grilled swordfish. No fries because he uses a contaminated fryer. Very knowledgeable about contamination issues, speaks Italian and understands everything!✨ A gem not to be underestimated here in Corsica, because you can't find it anywhere: he has a well-known Corsican dessert made by his grandmother that is completely gluten-free!
