During our vacation in Zandvoort, we looked for a restaurant that also offers gluten-free dishes/cuisine. PlaZand is a nice restaurant with a great selection of gluten-free dishes. I felt very comfortable and safe; the service was friendly, helpful, and well-trained about gluten intolerance/celiac disease. We didn’t have to wait long for our dishes. I had a gluten-free burger with fries. It was super delicious and nicely presented. I would definitely eat at PlaZand again and can only recommend it! (:

Absolutely recommend for anyone with celiac disease! PlaZand is a great spot right on the beach – amazing view and relaxed atmosphere. I was especially impressed with their gluten-free options. The fries, mayo, ketchup, chicken nuggets (super tasty!) and frikandel are all gluten-free and cooked in a separate fryer, making them safe for people with celiac disease. I have highly symptomatic celiac and tolerated everything perfectly. The waiter was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful – he actually has celiac himself, which made me feel even more confident. So happy to have found this place – will definitely come back!
