Wonderful, friendly, passionated lady with lots of knowledge about glutenfree baked goods! I ve never had such a good cinnamon roll ever before- not too sweet, light, cloudy texture and so flavorful ! The cheese buns- a fluffy, soft dream ! Soo I didn't find out about my celiacs disease until later in life so I know how gluten tastes like! My husband who eats gluten agreed with me- It's amazing and delicious! MUST TRY if in the area! Only cash payments - so thats good to know - she also does take EURO if you have the correct amount on hand!

We have traveled all over Europe with our family of 6 and this is the best bakery ever. Fantastic treat to have amazing bread as a celiac but you would never know you are not eating glutenous bread. I've never tasted more delicious flavors and we have more to try that we brought home frozen. Thank you! Fresh treats in morning, lots of frozen to choose from. Cash only. Enjoy!
