Nowadays, Ulrika's gluten- and sugar-free walnut bread is the only bread I have at home. Sooooo good.

Ulrika is absolutely amazing at gluten-free pastries, cookies and cakes. Her bread is incredibly good, and she manages to achieve the texture and taste in an impressive way. We have ordered several of our cakes from her, and she is also an incomparable cake creator. Our pirate cake and minecraft cake were truly incredible and it is impressive that she manages to get the flavors even though it is both gluten-free and dairy-free. She is also so incredibly friendly and accommodating.
