This place is a gluten-free factory outlet. They have some fresh items at the counter and all sorts of frozen products. They are very close to the E18 near Tønsberg and are open until 3 PM every day, sometimes longer. Feel free to call to order and make arrangements. They accept cards and Vipps, and certainly cash as well. Everything is gluten-free. I want to highlight the muffins and nice crisp breads as absolute favorites. Lastly, I want to emphasize the people working there who put in a great craftsmanship and provide incredible service. Update January 8, 2026: Cookies with chocolate and crushed pumpkin seeds. Really good. The red onion was present in the picture for color's sake. They are doing quite a bit of innovation in their products. New products are tested out regularly. They have also added gluten-free garlic bread/baguettes in the freezer. And regular baguettes that I decorated with salad++ at home. Still 5/5 on everything. 😊

It's great that someone is trying to make gluten-free baking. I'm sure everyone who can't tolerate gluten appreciates that! I tried Tangent's school bread and buns about a year ago and thought it was rather tasteless (I thought they had simply forgotten to add sugar). I tried again today when I bought cinnamon sticks at Espa. The consistency was good, but the sticks were a bit wet, and still a bit tasteless. The cinnamon helped a little. I'll try again later and of course improve the review if the baking has recovered. I can't say anything about the atmosphere or service when I bought Tangent products at Bolleland. I'm rooting for Tangent! This has great potential!

Nice staff. I would like more chocolate in the cookies and Chocolate bowl. Good selection of gluten-free baked goods.
