What a lovely place! 10/10 We tasted multiple of the pastries. You couldn't tell they were gluten free, all delicious, soft, yummy! The staff was also so so nice and welcoming. I strongly recommend visiting here if you're ever in Krakow, gluten allergy or not!

I had never tried any gluten-free food before, and I do not have any issues with gluten, but a friend of mine with a gluten allergy took me and some other friends here when we were in Kraków and I am so glad he did. The pastries and cakes are delicious, the staff is lovely and it is just such a comfy and cozy café. I most definitely recommend this place, not just for people with gluten allergies, but for everyone! Hospitable, welcoming, warm and beyond tasty (I took forever to choose what to get because everything looks and sounds incredible).

we had their cakes at the Christmas market recently. in one word: delicious!! we tried 5 different pieces of products and they were all great! plus, the host was super nice and serviceful thanks a lot!!

We found a lovely little gluten free, sugar free cafe (with vegan options) in Krakow centre. The coffee (with gf oat milk) was the best I have had for a really long time. The cakes were gluten free and absolutely delicious! The owner was lovely and very kind. Highly recommended for everyone and especially for anyone who is coeliac and has allergies.

My partner is coeliac so we came here in search of gluten free cakes. Ciacho did not disappoint, friendly service and amazing tasting cakes, fluffy and full of flavour. All baked by the owners husband, mostly homemade ingredients. The owners are very knowledgeable on coeliac disease and intolerance. I would highly recommend visiting here, even if you're not coeliac or intolerant, the cakes are amazing.
