I'm judging by the packages and the baguette. I'm comparing it to other gluten-free bakeries because that's the only way to judge. The packages were very good. The currant with whipped cream and the pistachio were also great. The fillings were plentiful 🤤

The baking studio makes amazing baked goods 🏆 The Żwirki i Wigury branch is COMPLETELY gluten-free, and you can get literally everything there – from bread, doughnuts, yeast rolls, and even desserts. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for baked goods made with rice, almond, or other gluten-free flours.

Delicious yeast rolls and blueberry baked goods like gluten-free, pistachio brownies, finger-licking pistachio cheesecake too - buy and consume 😍 I found so much filling in the rose packets that it ran down my blouse 😂😍
