Caroline is hands-down one of the best servers I’ve ever had—warm, genuinely attentive, and effortlessly professional without ever feeling forced. She greeted our table of eight with perfect energy, remembered every detail (including a gluten sensitivity), gave spot-on recommendations that made ordering easy and delicious, handled substitutions, allergies, and split checks like it was nothing, and checked in at exactly the right moments without hovering. Everything arrived quickly, correctly, and with a smile, and her quiet, sincere warmth made the whole night feel special. If you see Caroline working, request her section—you’ll leave happy you did.
