My boyfriend & I were in the area and seeing this place be “naturally gf”, I was enticed as I haven’t had fried chicken since being diagnosed w celiac. I did not expect it to be SO GOOD!!!! The chicken had great flavor, great texture, and was juicy. The fries?? I decided to play it safe by getting the OG and after trying them I wish I got more fries w different seasoning because they were insanely good. Even my non-gf boyfriend said the chicken was really good and asked to have some of my fries because he liked them better than the ones he got from another truck. I can’t wait to come back soon!

Brought my toddler after an appt nearby. When I saw that this cart was totally GF, I knew I had to try it, even though we needed to wait 30 minutes until it opened. No regrets! Such juicy, yummy chicken. My kid even ate a bunch of it. Also I don’t think I’ve had crinkle cut fries since going gluten free and those were a delicious taste of nostalgia. Loved the secret sauce. Will 1000% return. Bonus: there is a tiny bathroom at the front of the cart pod!! Essential for tiny human visitors and much appreciated. (It’s mega small but was exceptionally clean)
