We took our vacation for the first 10 days of September. We were assigned a sea view room, having booked already in May. The view was slightly obstructed by the pines, but the sea and sunrise could be seen while lying in bed. Room with a double bed and a cot, TV, air conditioning, and a small fridge (it held 6 bottles of water). Bathroom with toilet, bidet, sink, shower, and hairdryer. Balcony with a small drying rack on the railing (we brought a line to hang towels from previous vacations where it had come in handy). Staff and owner Ms. Anna were very kind and professional, the same for the waiters. At P.T., beyond the Kids area, you can find the S.P.A. area with a heated pool, sauna, and beauty services. (We used the pool with hydro-massage bubbles twice, but the waterfall was out of service). Unfortunately, the saunas were also out of service. A hotel that offers maximum attention for celiacs and vegans with always excellent menus. Fabulous breakfasts in terms of pastries but also for savory (sometimes the coffee machine would get jammed, but the waiters were always ready to bring cappuccino from the coffee area). Lunches and dinners always started from the rich buffet, but sometimes some vegetables were cold (baked potatoes and spinach). Once a week there is an Abruzzo dinner with music (accordion and local singer). The sea is really just 2 steps away, or rather 150 steps from the hotel exit to the beach. (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, and 1 sunbed, then you can ask for a replacement for the deck chair and it cost us €7.00 a day). For the showers, the hotel provides a specially designed key for the shower and restrooms (not always clean, but then again you don’t eat there). The hotel offers bicycles useful for reaching the center {Port Zone} of Giulianova while the center of Tortoreto Lido is 4.5 km away, but all on a well-designed and well-lit cycle path. Next to the hotel, there is an area where in the evening the baby club that takes care of the kids during the day puts on shows to which adults also participate. This is the first time I have found a service for providing “free” natural and sparkling water with a machine located in the Bar area where you can refill bottles or flasks endlessly. A vacation absolutely to do again!!

I stayed for the first time at this facility from September 29 until tomorrow, with friends. I was very satisfied with the treatment received, the cordiality and efficiency of all the staff... including the very kind owner, Mrs. Anna, who was always nice and available. The food was good and of excellent quality. The ladies in charge of cleaning the rooms were very kind and helpful. The environment was well-maintained, tidy, and clean, just like the rooms. The animation staff were skilled and engaging. The bathroom connected to the hotel was very clean and well-kept, and the staff was very kind. I recommend this facility for both adults and children. My friend, who suffers from celiac disease, found good care in the choice of foods.

I leave a positive review especially for the food and entertainment. I stayed this summer in July for 10 days. Modest rooms and functioning air conditioning. Beach service included. Unfortunately, the sea was really dirty in the afternoon. Gluten-free meals were fantastic for someone with celiac disease.

I stayed at this hotel the first week of July for the first time; my family and I had never been there before. I discovered it by chance while searching online for a hotel that provided gluten-free food since my daughter is celiac. I must say it was a pleasant discovery; the quality/price ratio is excellent, the entertainment staff are good, and the food is really good. I really think I will return next year. Congratulations to all the staff.

Welcoming, clean, and spacious environment. Spacious and clean rooms. Attentive, friendly, and well-prepared staff. Excellent cuisine, even for us celiacs: first courses, second courses, desserts, and breakfast are the same as what non-celiacs eat. There is also a separate buffet at every meal with various appetizers. Incredible assortment. There is also entertainment provided by very skilled, well-prepared, and friendly young people who manage to engage both adults and children in their activities! We will definitely return.

We were there at the beginning of July 2019.. Welcoming and very friendly staff (also the animation team, youthful and engaging!), excellent cuisine (especially, the choice of first and second courses on the menu and at breakfast was good); the only note: in the 'gluten-free' buffet, I found the variety of products a bit limited (compared to my past experiences, always here at Zenit).. The hotel's location is just steps from the beach (affiliated) and the rooms are very clean - perhaps just postponing cleaning to the late morning hours, at least after breakfast time :) However, highly recommended for everyone, from couples to families with children!
