THIS IS THE BEST SMOKED BRISKET AND EGGS THAT I EVER HAD!!! - complimented with GF bread!!I cannot believe this little gem of a restaurant belongs all to Springfield!! The restaurant understands levels of gluten intolerances and offer tons GF choices. They have a DEDICATED FRYER!!! I can’t wait to return for their GF battered fish!! Cook’s is now my best and favorite restaurant ever!
